Plumb Goes On-Site for Sage Timberline Training & Support

Air Control Systems, Inc., a full-range commercial HVAC services company who supports Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego and Orange County, upgraded their accounting software from Sage 50 (Sage Peachtree) to Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate (formerly known as Sage Timberline Software).  They hired Plumb, a preferred Sage Construction software partner to help with Sage Timberline training, data migration, and support.air control 2

“I wanted to let you know how impressed our team is with Seth Myers, Sage 300 CRE Certified Consultant.  He blew all of our expectations out of the water!  I expected him to be here (on-site) at least a week to complete the data migration he did today.  We asked him to come back tomorrow to help us with some other projects.  Thanks again!” – Marc Leotaud, CFO, Air Control Systems, Inc.

The company had been using Sage 50 | Sage Peachtree as their accounting software, but as they grew, they needed a more robust software to better track job costs by multiple locations and job types.  As an HVAC service contractor, having a field-to-accounting department connection was key.

Sage Timberline Training & Data Migration Services:

Plumb was able to help the client with accurately moving data over from Sage Peachtree to Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate (Timberline).  The Sage Certified Consultant was on-site to handle Sage Timberline training for a full-day with no delay in getting the transactional data over to the new system.  The data migration included:

  • A/R
  • Payables
  • Job Costing by cost code
