Such is the nature of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) – often referred to as Healthcare Reform or ACA – which is forever changing the way businesses provide benefits and compensation to employees.

Crissy Thomas is the District Sales Supervisor for Oasis Outsourcing’s Southern California region.  Oasis Outsourcing is one of the largest Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) in the country.  Oasis provides Human Resources, Employee Benefits, Healthcare Reform (ACA), Payroll Administration and Risk Management services on an outsourced basis, serving more than 160,000 employees and over 4,700 clients throughout the United States.  During her career, she has built and transformed sales divisions for domestic and international companies.  She holds more than 18 years of management experience and has served as Director of Sales and GM of public and private companies within a variety of industries, including non-profit, professional services, manufacturing, entertainment, distribution and retail.  She is a graduate of North Carolina University.
