The Nonprofit Leadership Forum Presents
Nonprofit Seminar: The 3 “Rs” of Managing Healthcare Reform
This event is suited for Nonprofit organizations with 50+ employees
Once in awhile, a new piece of legislation has a dramatic impact on the way businesses operate. Such is the nature of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) – often referred to as Healthcare Reform or ACA – which is forever changing the way businesses provide benefits and compensation to employees.
This nonprofit seminar will provide a three-step process for understanding and navigating ACA:
Careful consideration of these steps will help you develop a winning business strategy to best manage the impact of ACA. This is even more impactful given the fact that California has chosen to expand small group definition despite the recently passed PACE Act. Learn how to navigate the ACA waters – focusing on the California non-profit sector.
The Nonprofit Leadership Forum was established with the help of Plumb, First Republic Bank, and The San Diego Foundation to offer quarterly educational presentations to enhance the success of San Diego’s nonprofit organizations.
**This is a special nonprofit seminar for larger nonprofits with 50+ employees only**
Join us for a complimentary lunch and informative discussion for those serving in the nonprofit sector as staff, or executive directors.
