2016 Orange County Nonprofit Applications Now Open!

Forge 54 Presents Annual Marketing Services Donation

Plumb is proud to announce that Forge 54 has opened the application process for their annual pro bono marketing weekend, an event that pairs young creative marketing talent with an Orange County nonprofit that needs updated branding or promotional services.  The winner will receive approximately 100 marketing professionals who will gather for 54-straight hours to craft and deliver an entire marketing campaign for one worthy nonprofit.

What is donated?

Forge 54 recognizes that nonprofit agencies typically have little to no funding set aside to carry out marketing efforts.  So, after 54 hours of volunteered time, the lucky nonprofit winner could receive:

  • Redesigned website
  • Revised company logo
  • Mobile applications
  • Public relations campaign
  • Social media strategy
  • Original brand videos
  • Much more…

“Over the past three years, Forgers have donated over $1 million worth of pro bono marketing and advertising services to nonprofits in need,” said Forge 54 founder and co-executive director Torrey Tayenaka.  “We’re looking to make 2016 the biggest year yet.”

Previous Orange County nonprofit recipients of Forge 54’s volunteer efforts include:

  • OC Food Bank in 2013
  • Playworks SoCal in 2014
  • Wells of Life in 2015 received an estimated $574,725 worth of donated services created by ninety-seven Forge 54 volunteers

Want to apply?

Interested Orange County nonprofits of every kind are encouraged to apply via a short online application. Those that have applied in the past are welcome to apply again.  Applications for Forge 54’s 2016 marketing weekend are available at and will remain open until May 2nd.
