Sage is now offering a Realtime Learning series for Sage 300 Construction Real Estate customers. This series will focus on how to simplify the expense recovery process, managing leases, and how to correct errors in the Property Management, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Cash Management applications.
Session 1 – Error Correction for Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Cash Management
January 5, 2016 8:00am – 10:30am
This session is focused on correcting data entry errors in the Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Cash Management applications. You will learn how to change invoices, void and/or reprint checks, delete a bank transfer, correcting other common errors, and much more.
Session 2 – Error Correction for Property Management
January 7, 2016 9:00am – 11:30am
This session is focused on correcting errors in processing within the Property Management application. You will learn error-correction methods as well as error prevention techniques that will avoid pitfalls and resolve problems when they occur.
Session 3 – Lease Administration
January 12, 2016 9:00am – 11:30am
Learning to use Sage 300 CRE to utilize all of its capabilities helping you automate, integrate, and formalize a consistent lease management process will ensure that you don’t experience difficulty when changing or adding a unit on a lease or when renewing a lease. You will explore topics including starting a lease, terminating a lease, changing a lease, amending, and renewing a lease, as well as an overview of the chargeback feature.
Session 4 – Escalations and Recoveries
January 14, 2016 9:00am – 11:30am
Learn how to quickly set up a recovery pool for your property and define the recoverable expenses for each lease as stipulated by the terms. The system will then automatically retrieve amounts from General Ledger to calculate each tenant’s share of expenses. This session will also cover how stops, caps, occupancy clauses and other terms can be applied to the setup to calculate desired results, as well as how to automate indexed rent escalations.
