Sami White

Sami White is Plumb’s Recruiter.  She is the “first face” of Plumb and oversees all recruiting and new employee onboarding efforts. Her goal is to find the best candidates for the company and to ensure a fit for both the candidates and for Plumb.

Sami joined Plumb in 2022 and quickly proved herself to be a valuable, positive, balanced, and dedicated team member. She brings varied and relevant experience to Plumb with 4 years of hiring experience in the Customer Service departments from both the manufacturing and software industries, 2 years as a K-12 teacher, and 10 years of managing a small business.

Sami graduated from Grand Valley State University in Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Born and raised in Michigan, Sami made the move west to San Diego in 2021 and absolutely loves it.
